Zymura is a workflow automation service operated by TEJ Workspace, Bengaluru, India. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. What the service does

Zymura lets you build automated workflows — a trigger followed by steps that run in sequence. Flows run either in your own browser or, on paid plans, on our servers. You are responsible for what your flows do and for the accounts and systems they connect to.

2. Your account

You may use Zymura without an account, in which case everything stays on your device. If you create one, you must give a working email address, keep access to it secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. One person or organisation per account; do not share credentials.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Zymura to: send unsolicited bulk messages or spam; scrape or access systems you are not authorised to access; carry out denial-of-service or credential-stuffing attacks; distribute malware; infringe anyone's intellectual property; process data you have no right to process; or break any law that applies to you.

Automation makes it easy to do these things at scale by accident. A flow that hammers an endpoint every minute is your responsibility, not the endpoint's problem. We may suspend an account that is causing harm, and will tell you why.

4. Third-party services and your credentials

Zymura connects to services we do not control — Slack, Microsoft, Google, Zoom, payment providers and any API you point it at. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes to their APIs, or anything they charge you.

API keys and tokens you enter are stored with your flows and sent only to the service the step names. Keep them scoped to the narrowest permission the task needs. If a key leaks through a flow you built, that is a consequence of how you configured it.

5. Plans, payment and taxes

Free plans are provided as they are, with the limits shown in the app. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record — they are the legal seller, they issue your invoice and they collect any applicable tax. Prices are shown in your local currency and may differ by country.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect at your next renewal, never mid-term. Plan limits, including run quotas, are enforced as described in the app. If you exceed a quota, flows stop running until the quota resets or you upgrade — we do not bill overages silently.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Zymura running but do not offer a service level agreement on any plan. Scheduled flows are checked on a five-minute cycle and may be delayed by a few minutes.

Flows run on our servers on every plan, including Free — you do not need the app open. What differs by plan is how often a schedule may fire: Free from once an hour, Pro from every 15 minutes, Team from every 5 minutes. A flow set faster than your plan's floor still runs; it is simply scheduled at that floor rather than refused. Monthly run allowances apply as shown in the app, and flows stop running once an allowance is used up until it resets or you upgrade.

We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on.

8. Your data and content

Your flows and the data passing through them remain yours. We claim no ownership. You grant us only the permission needed to store, transmit and execute them so the service works. You can export everything at any time from Settings, and delete your account from Settings or the account deletion page. How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy.

8a. Data processing for business customers

Where you use Zymura to process personal data belonging to your own customers or staff, you act as the data controller and we act as your processor. We process that data only to provide the service, only on your instructions, and we do not use it for any other purpose. A data processing agreement incorporating standard contractual clauses is available on request. The providers we rely on are listed in the privacy policy.

9. Our intellectual property

The Zymura software, name, design and documentation belong to TEJ Workspace. Using the service grants you no licence to copy, resell, host or create derivative works from it. Client-side delivery to your browser is a technical necessity of the web and is not publication under an open-source licence.

10. Liability

Zymura is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or damage caused by flows you configured — including messages sent in error, data written to the wrong place, or actions taken against third-party systems. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Zymura at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or is causing harm to us or others. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to account holders at least 30 days before they take effect, and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use Zymura after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
