You can delete your account and everything stored with it at any time, without asking us and without giving a reason.
Delete it yourself, in the app
- Open Zymura and sign in.
- Go to Settings (the gear in the left navigation).
- Scroll to Delete your account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. There is no grace period and no recovery.
Or ask us to do it
Email support@zymura.app from the address you registered with, asking for account deletion. We will erase it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
What is deleted, and what is kept

Deletion is real rather than a flag: there is no archived copy, no soft-delete, and no shadow record of your email address. The one exception, stated plainly, is that our database provider holds routine backups which are cycled within 90 days — so a deleted account disappears from those within that window rather than instantly. Nothing is restored from them except to recover from a failure affecting the whole database.
Before you delete
Export your flows first if you might want them later: Settings → Export everything downloads a JSON file you can re-import at any time. Once deletion runs, we cannot restore anything.
