About

Automation should keep
running without you.

Zymura is a workflow automation service built in Bengaluru, India. You build a flow once, put it on a schedule, and it runs on our servers — whether or not anything of yours is switched on.

What Zymura is

A visual builder for automations that connect the tools you already use. You pick how a flow starts — a schedule, an incoming request, a new row, or a button you press — then chain actions underneath it. Call an API, branch on a condition, loop over a list, transform data, post to Slack, send an email, write to a spreadsheet.

What makes it different from a script you'd write yourself is everything around the automation rather than the automation itself: it runs on a schedule without a machine of yours staying awake, it retries when a service is briefly unavailable, it tells you when something fails for real, and it records every step of every run so you can see exactly what happened.

Automation that only runs while you're watching isn't automation. It's a script with extra steps.

What we believe

Pricing

A run is a run

You're charged per run, not per step. Building something thorough costs the same as building something trivial, so there's no reason to keep flows artificially short.

Privacy

No telemetry

No analytics, no session recording, no product-usage events, no advertising. There's no opt-out setting because there's nothing to opt out of.

Access

Free means free

The free plan runs on our servers too. It isn't a browser-only trial — it's the same execution engine, with lower limits.

What it isn't

Zymura doesn't try to have the largest connector catalogue. Some competitors list thousands of integrations; we have 45 that we can support properly, plus HTTP and JavaScript for everything else. A connector that exists but doesn't work well isn't worth counting.

It also isn't an enterprise platform. There's no SSO, no audit log, no service level agreement, and no procurement process to go through. If your organisation needs those things, Zymura isn't the right fit yet, and we'd rather say so than waste your time.

Where it's built

Zymura is built and run in Bengaluru, India, and used by people in a good many other places. Prices are set locally rather than converted, so what you pay reflects where you are rather than an exchange rate applied to a dollar figure.

Get in touch

Questions, bug reports, a connector you wish existed, or something that isn't working the way you expected — all welcome, and all read. hello@zymura.app for anything general, support@zymura.app if something is broken.

How your data is handled is set out in detail on the security page and the privacy policy. Both describe what actually happens rather than what sounds reassuring.
